We started giving Cameron plastic spoons to eat with a few weeks ago because he was making dents in our table. This morning he snapped one in half and thought it was funny. I gave him a second spoon just to see what he would do and he snapped it in half too. Looks like we’re going to have to figure something else out.

Have you tried more durable plastic toddler spoons? We use these cheap ones http://www.amazon.com/First-Years-Learning-Toddler-Flatware/dp/B0000CARJQ/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&s=baby-products&qid=1281120587&sr=8-7 and they've lasted well. Found them at Walmart.
