Point, No Point Beach

We met up with Melissa and her kids at Point No Point, a beach not too far from Mindy's. Sam joined us once he got off work. It was a bit of a walk to get to the beach as the closest parking lot was full, but we managed alright.

The older boys wanted to get buried in the sand

and then Katelyn wanted a turn too

It was great to get to play in the sand, just wish we could have had a little less wind. 

Lincoln at age 2

At the age of two Lincoln...

• loves singing songs from the Greatest Showman - he'll sing "Oh...." then clap three times, then "This is the Greatest Show!" He also loves singing the song Never Enough although he says "Dever Enough, Dever, Dever, Dever"
• dances to music
• plays with "car track car" blue track
• likes to color
• talks a lot
• understands even more
• words: "da" for yes and "Dicken" for Katelyn
• has a rough time staying in nursery, wants me or Scott to stay in there with him
• just the other day while sitting in Sacrament meeting, without any warning he chucked a twistable crayon back a row
• some days he asks for a bottle
• very messy eater, cereal ends up on the floor and dumped out
• climbs on the table
• wants to sit at the table (not in a high chair or booster) which means extra mess as the mess travels around to multiple places
• wants ice in his sippy cup and will shake it to check to see if he can hear it
• recently started hitting

Lincoln's 2nd Birthday

For Lincoln's 2nd Birthday we went to a spray park during the day. Then in the afternoon we came home for a pizza dinner, presents and cake.

Lincoln was thrilled to get a moving, talking, dancing Robot!

Cub Scout Day Camp - Cameron

I got to go be a helper at Cub Scout Day Camp with Cameron's group. 

We were the Romanian Robots!

On the last day, the families got to come and participate. 

Sarah's CA trip - kid free!

I got to fly to California without any kids! We packed in a lot in a quick weekend trip - river rafting on Friday with family and Heather's wedding on Saturday. I got to spend some time with my parents and Miriam and then also some time with high school friends.

4th of July at Kevin & Tracey's

We got together at Kevin and Tracey's house this year for the 4th of July! We had fun all day and headed home before it got too late so we wouldn't get stuck in traffic.
