Katelyn at 20 months

at 20 months, Katelyn...

loves putting on chap stick/lip gloss

likes to put on socks and shoes (no matter who's)

gets so excited when daddy gets home from work

calls all three of her brothers "Datchu" 

loves to run around and play tag

enjoys babies and will carry around her baby doll or point out any "baby" that is her age or younger

can say several words and is learning more each day

often wants to put a "ditty" (hair pretty) in her hair, but then takes it out shortly after

wants "rye bibies" (rice krispies) for almost every meal

gets super excited when she sees or hears a yellow school "dus" (bus)

loves to brush her "tee" (teeth) but often gets mad when you try to help her

shakes her head yes or no when you ask her a question

likes to play with "bay dough" (play dough)

enjoys coloring

loves to roll around with her "danky" blanky

is constantly changing her clothes/taking them off 

tries to copy everything her older brothers do
likes to get out of the house and will grab her sweatshirt when she thinks she can go with you
loves taking baths
says "bam-pa" for both grandma and grandpa
has recently starting adding "uh" on the end of words... daddy-uh, Ali-uh (thanks to Julia)
thinks it is fun to scream and has definitely discovered her voice

Sydney's Baptism

My niece Sydney was baptized into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on October 10, 2015. It was great to get to be with Sydney and so much family on her special day.

Pumpkin Patch

We went to Schilter Family Farm again this year (see 2012 & 2013). And it seems the hay jump gets smaller each year. The Ricks cousins and Julia were able to join us.

Puyallup Fair

We went to the Puyallup Fair with the Barney's and Ricks'. 

We checked out the animals in the morning before the rides were open.

This was my first year to get a bracelet and go on rides at the fair. My favorite "ride" was the Giant Slide. I realized I'm just not big into spinning rides anymore. 

Brandon was such a trooper and went on any ride he was tall enough for. Luckily he got to go on a bunch before the workers got more strict on the height limits. Can you spot him in the picture above sitting next to Scott in the blue sweatshirt?

We stayed LATE. I kept thinking Katelyn would take a second nap/fall asleep, but she lasted until we left around 10pm.
