Katelyn at 4 months

Katelyn is really a good baby, yes she cries, but usually because she needs something and let's face it, I can't be in four places at once. She smiles easily and will "yell" to get your attention. She loves the attention she gets from her brothers (Cameron is ALWAYS giving her attention) and will occasionally cry when they get too rough (but she usually laughs). Now that we have moved and Katelyn has her own room we have recently started sleep training her and she seems to be catching on pretty well. If she does wake up in the night, she will eat and go right back to sleep. She usually calms right down in the car and will often fall asleep. She like the noise of the vacuum. Katelyn spends a lot of her awake time in the bouncer - we just move her into whatever room we are in and she will watch us and yell when she wants attention or to be picked up. She likes to suck on her fist and sometimes her shirt (making it quite wet between that and drool). She can accidentally roll from her stomach to her back. She can sit with assistance (but not on her own yet). She is really good at making eye contact and will stare you down until she gets your attention. We just love having our little Katelyn. Such a joy to have around.
